Internal Medicine

Dr.Samuel is board certified in Internal Medicine by both ABIM and ABPS. Primary care, secondary prevention and complicated medical management is also undertaken by Dr.Samuel.  His interests are gastroenterology, neurology and research. He is also registered as a tele-medicine doctor. 

Multiple disease process  have the origins in increased body weight. In other words, obesity  is when an imbalance has reached between calorie consumption and usage. To address the root cause, we provide comprehensive and treatment .  Services include counseling and reflective sessions, advice on life style modification and injections

One day a month, Grace Wellness Clinic will publish a date for Charity clinic. The clinic can address population aged 18 to 65. We do not treat, counsel or examine gynecological or obstetrics patients. Disclosure of release from liability will need to be signed prior to being seen.
